As Your Caterer
  • Meet with us to talk about menu ideas and discuss your plans
  • We will present you a catering service proposal for your event
  • If proposal is acceptable, we require a service contract to be signed and a reservation booking fee paid in order to confirm our services or the reserve venue for that date
  • Within 60 days of booking event, we require 30% payment of the total balance at our venue
  • We will correspond as needed about the menu and other details
  • Two weeks prior to your event the menu must be finalized
  • Five days prior to event we require a guaranteed minimum guest count and payment is due in full (This minimum number can increase, may not decrease)
  • Three to five days in advance we will finalize last minute details
  • The day of the event we will be on site based on setup times and detailed needs
  • 20 minutes prior to the event, we will be ready and waiting
  • Upon guest arrival we will greet and serve as outlined in your service proposal
  • Service times are as follows
    • Plated Seated – 3 hour staffed event with plated dinner service
    • Buffet Meal – 3 hour staffed event with a guarantee that each guest visits the buffet at least once. Buffet will remain open for 1 hour or a reasonable timeframe to assure that each guest has eaten.
    • Reception Service – 3 or 4 hour staffed event, depending on what level of service you choose, with 2 hours of continuous food service, maintain presentation and temperature for 3rd hour. Food is removed after 3rd hour.
  • Off Site - our staff will remove our table linens, equipment and other items we have brought in for the event. We will leave the site in the same or better condition that we found it…including that trash will be taken out, floors swept and countertops and surfaces wiped down.
As your Event
Coordinator
  • Determine that you would like us to assist you with more details than just catering
  • Finalize exactly what level of service you would like for us to provide
  • Contract signed and payment of 50% of coordination fee is due at that time
  • Discuss your plans and the details of what you envision for your event
  • Assist with venue selection and do site visits as needed
  • We will then begin work on the fine details (specialty linen, rental equipment, vendors and more)
  • We will be on-site the day of the event to make sure that room layout is as planned, receive vendors and make sure that all the plans are executed to the full extent and manage the flow of the reception
  • Upon completion of the event we will assist with personal items that need to be removed from the event
