Every event is a special event for A VIP Grand Event. Let us help you plan it from start to finish... We can help with everything from selecting a venue and menu, planning your floral design to booking entertainment and transportation.

In-House Catering

VIP Grand Events is the management and exclusive catering company for Luckett Lodge. We are a full service event company offering a variety of menus including – Continental Breakfast, Coffee Breaks, Quick Lunch Buffets, Hot Buffets, Box Lunches, Seated Lunches or Dinners, Outdoor Cookouts Full-Service Weddings, Cocktail Parties and more.... all of our menus include china, glass and flatware, buffet serving pieces, table linen and staff to setup your event, serve your guests and clean up at the end. All you have to do is enjoy the event!

Wedding Direction

For the couple who has planned it all, but needs someone to make it happen! We work with the couple to determine their wishes for the ceremony and reception. We assist with any last minute needs. We organize and direct the wedding rehearsal, then manage the flow of service the day of the big event!

The first step in our planning process is to contact us to set up a meeting to discuss your plans. This meeting will allow us to get a clear picture of your vision and plans. At that meeting we will discuss pricing, policies and more. Because each event is unique, we are not able to give pricing without first meeting to discuss your needs.
